Today I am once again shifting the focus to food—so much so, in fact, that today’s “proper” blog post is over on Principia Gastronomica and not here. It’s a short article about a site I came across yesterday: StillTasty, a fairly comprehensive website about the shelf life and ideal storage conditions for various types of food. It seems like quite a handy resource, so if, like me, you’ve got a suspicious bottle of oyster sauce hanging around in your fridge, you might want to check it out!
